Many vegetables and fruits can help you strengthen your muscles, prevent illnesses, make your skin glow, improve digestion and eyesight, and so much more. 

There are also proteins such as lamb, fish, and other meat that will give you a great source of vitamins and minerals.

Don’t worry! Cheat days are okay. But eating healthy regularly is important for self-care.

Having a regular and good sleep cycle is also part of self-care.

Ask yourself… “Do I have a good sleep pattern?”

Exercising does not necessarily mean you need to go to the gym or enroll in aerobatics, although they can also be great activities to help you with being physically active.

Another great way to take care of ourselves is by avoiding vices that can be harmful to our health.

Cigarettes can be harmful and may give you negative effects, especially on your health and even on the environment. 

Another would be harmful drugs and excessive intake of alcohol.

It is important to control ourselves with these activities that may contribute to our health and to our self-care plan.
